You can use live chats passively, by merely answering your visitor’s queries or you can greet visitors to your site with an automated message. The second method requires more labor to manage chats. Users who tried the passive strategy are happy with the results obtained from this method. Not only has it worked well on their landing pages, but, it has also generated a heated discussion on their blog.
